Jakarta, Indonesia — Marclan International was pleased to host the first General Manager Gathering, where the General Managers of all the hotels in the collection and property assets gathered together for the first time. A grand purpose
The GM Gathering 2022 served as a bookmark of yet another transition in the journey of Marclan International. As 2023 approaches, the main purpose of the gathering is to nurture positive relationships, build a sense of unity, and most importantly to synergize with Marclan’s vision, mission, and values for the upcoming year.
Marclan’s team started off the event with presentations about their visions for 2023, and the General Managers of each hotel reciprocated with presentations of their strategies for the following year. A great honor to everyone, the dynamic discussion was also participated by Mr. Charles A. Simbolon, the CEO of PT Parna Raya.
“It was exciting to experience the enthusiastic spirits of everyone at the event,” remarked Mr. Charles. “I am looking forward to the great visions for 2023 coming true.”

A shared sense of excitement
To conclude the event, the General Managers along with the Marclan team participated in a range of team-building activities, one of them being a paintball game. Participants were split into two teams, each of which displayed competitive spirit, strategic behavior, and outstanding teamwork.
