We are currently look for an Executive Chef who is passionate and full of creativity for one of our hotel in Jakarta, to lead F&B Production and to ensure highest level of quality, standards and to keep the kitchen operations to run smoothly.
Responsible for overseeing the entire culinary operation and this role involves menu creation, kitchen management, leadership, inventory control, budget management, and maintaining a safe and hygienic environment and plays a key role in driving guest satisfaction and revenue through exceptional culinary experiences.
